Colton Advanced Silkscreen provides custom apparel decorating services, including but not limited to:

• Screen Printing

• Embroidery

• Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing

• Custom Apparel Services

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate applicable laws or these Terms.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase or invoice. Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork proofs before production begins. Once artwork is approved, Colton Advanced Silkscreen is not responsible for errors contained in the approved proof.

3. Production and Turnaround

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, artwork approval, product availability, and other factors beyond our control. Delays do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Customers represent that they own or have permission to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, or other materials submitted for production. Colton Advanced Silkscreen assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.

5. Limitation of Liability

Colton Advanced Silkscreen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

6. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Colton Advanced Silkscreen regarding:

• Order confirmations

• Order updates

• Appointment reminders

• Customer support communications
